Depending on your need, I offer my grant writing services on a sliding scale or bartering basis.

I have written and won land sovereignty grants that restore water systems for the Navajo Nation in Black Mesa, AZ, helped a Kichwa community in the Ecuadorian Amazon win money for an ancestral medicine school, and collaborated with Austin Sanctuary Network to write grants that fund their efforts to demand sanctuary for refugees in Texas.

• VISUAL STORYTELLING

I have created videos and photos for both marketing endeavors and to help win grants. If you are an organization or individual who wants to tell their story through film, I can storyboard, shoot, and edit your story within a single video or photo or a series. I have created a series of videos for marine biologists in Peru who won funding to continue their seaweed-research projects, and for the NGO The Experiment in International Living to advertise their cultural immersion program in Tanzania. As an intern in Tokyo, Japan, I worked on storyboards for nonprofit Ashinaga to tell the stories of student internships across Rwanda, Uganda, and Kenya. I also worked with Chicago children’s nutrition non-profit Purple Asparagus to create a stop-motion recipe video.
