Quinta Brava Cooking School Digital Menu

I worked for one month at the Quinta Brava cooking school in Oaxaca, Mexico in October 2019, assisting with classes, working in the garden, building a deck, and designing a digital menu for an iPad. The Head Chef and instructor shows the menu to students, who then choose which dishes they want to create: one soup, one mole, and one dessert.  I shot all the photos and edited them with Adobe Creative Suite. I chose to work with colors that I often found in indigenous textiles in the bustling markets, and I photographed each dish to highlight Oaxacan cuisine as works of art with a deep-rooted history in the labor of love through hardworking señoras and mamas.
